Hi, i have this error when trying to upload a drawing that won't let me upload it, so i usually end up losing work. Does anyone else have/get this? And can it be fixed?

What’s the error? What drawing app are you using?

I think I observed that once with Kleki. I updated it.

It might be because Kleki only loaded dependencies necessary for uploading when the user presses submit. By then the server might need to do a cold start, leading to a timeout on the client side sometimes. (I did have a timeout that one time)

Snap! ..Kleki ..mainly seems to be on Firefox tho have had this pop up on safari a couple of times it’s not every time tho ..i need to see other browsers ...I’ve not been very active here lately and only been popping by to sketch on work I have hidden so I’m not losing much but it can be frustrating ..just says Error uploading: Error: Upload failed …to be honest I just put it down to slow internet connection where I live

instead of posting your work all at once, try submitting it in chunks.

use the amazing power of setting it to unfinished, so you don't lose much work

I can't really recall, but I believe it either was a 600x600 or a 800x800

Does the board size make a difference? I'm using chicken paint and having probs with uploading/saving my progress. My latest draw saved originally but won't save any more progress I add to it...frustrating because I hardly have the time to work on my pieces and I've lost lots of time and drawings. If I had time to sit and draw from start to finish, I could at least get a screen shot of it before loosing the work..
