really really like how the eyebrows, eyelashes and lips came out... I'm kinda wondering was she teary eyed or did she purposely put on makeup to look like that? Either way, very pretty!

I love how you manage color in your work, karl. I'm wondering why there isn't more reflection and high lights in her eyes?? Still...masterful :)

Darker than the blackest coal, describes the windows to her soul- from a poem/song I wrote one time.... Perhaps an unconscious amalgamation of my creative ideas...

I just keep coming back to look at the modeling of the nose. Your ability to shade for dimensional effect is amazing. The recent spate of portraiture on 2draw is kind of making me want to draw again.

Her dark eyes makes me think of an old song by Marty Robbins.....'dark as the night were the eyes of Felina....he fell in love with a Mexican girl'....'lol' The name of the song is 'El Paso'......:)
