the shooting star i took more time on this then any of my pics but i still think i could have done better well i hope you like it

This is an example of a picture where someone didnt follow rules 1 and 3.
This is an example of a picture where someone didnt follow rule 2 when doing the blood.
This person obviously dosent know what they are doing.
