Forgive me, I am new to this site. I've been badly wanting to collaborate or draw in a chat with others, but neither room seems to have any activity for many months, and the rooms Disconnect at loadup. Are they worth abandoning, or just not working?

Live boards are nice, but I can't get there now.. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the room or my connection.

As for normal collaborations, you can just start a painting (on collab board or any other), after posting the first version click "modify users", and choose the artist you're collaborating with.

those boards haven't been working for some time now for whatever reason

The live rooms were a bit expensive to run and not that popular. We will likely add something similar in the future, but for the time being they've been disabled. Sorry! If you liked the tools, they're available at artgrounds.com/sketcher.

also, "scribble.com " or .net has a lot of chat and drawing-collaboration boards, and "ratemydrawing.com" has a chat room, a very odd unique one.

often, if you google-search, chibi-paint (chibi-chat?chibi-paint-chat, maybe. or just "paint-chat".))software has chat-draws, the best i've ever been on; and people are friendly, too.

???I think "Oekaki Central" has one, but people are so scared of the bunch that rules it, people stay away. oekaki central has one main rule;NEVER TALK BACK TO MODERATORS! No matter what you say back, you get banned. forever. they argue and fight a lot there.if you can find a "paint-chat" that is "chibi-paint", i think those are the friendliest. ratemydrawings has a nice, sweet friendly site, too. well, glad you like it here; we never chatted on the chat-room very much, true; we like to post talk more. :) talk away, here, glad to have you. ;)
