It was supposed to like a warrior's rest.. In the song she wished she had the strength to let her man go without begging him to stay.

So I drew her right after he was gone.

The emotion comes across. Difficult angle to draw the face. I like the simplicity and strength of the emotion combined with the delicate details of wisps of hair and the spray for freckles across her face.

It was a hard angle to draw, I decided to make her a bit more angry and I used the freckles for it.

Even if I didn't know the meaning of the song, it's a strong image of sadness. I like the way she is "cocooned" in blankets or shawl. :)
