This is great.
The paint kind of looks like Brittany Murphy. The resemblance is less so in the reference.

Very nice, three things I noticed is that her top lip is notably thinner than her bottom lip in the reference, and where her jaw meets her ear you've made it more distinctive than the actual photo. In the photo it almost blends into one. And lastly she has a little bridge in her nose which you havn't portrayed here, they're only little things but these little things matter most when you're trying to get a good likeness.

I never had a computer until I was 24, so I wouldn't know. I was trying to help, and saying that the likeness is exact helps less in my eyes. There's nothing wrong with the drawing and I think it's really good, I was just pointing out a few things that could be improved upon.
