I had received this before but now it's constant when loading sketcher on 2draw live.

You're on linux, right? What distribution of Java do you have? There's probably some preference or control panel or config file for setting the ram available to Java applets.

I've fooled with trying to set these properties through terminal but nothing I've found online has been helpful.

$ java -Xms96M -Xmx384M

The above command results in a printout of the basic help.
I've not found a control panel or config with settings relative to heap.

Sketcher runs and I can use it in all of it's functionality. It's the only applet that responds properly to Jtablet2 even. But this warning is like a nagging wench each time i load.
