Can anyone give tips on how to improve my drawing skills? I've been trying to get to doing people.. or atleast their faces but it's complicated >.<

I'd say to start simple. By that I mean, break anything complex down into simple shapes. When you approach drawing anything with forms, you're going to want to think 3-dimensionally so that you have more control over its positioning in space while preventing your drawing from looking flat like some sort of paper cutout. Take the head for example, you may want to start with an egg-like shape. You might also break the torso down into boxes and use cylinders for the limbs. It'll probably be more to your benefit to use boxes all around for lighting purposes, versus the more vague cylindrical shapes to describe the planes of human anatomy. Once you have a mannequin looking armature down accurately, you can start adding the organic forms.

Another thing to consider is to always draw through the forms. I mean, pretend that the 3-dimensional shapes you draw are transparent objects, and draw/place bands around the forms to know how the object is positioned in space and that it has a definite volume to it even if you were to slice it in half. It'll really come in handy when drawing foreshortened objects or finding details on the hidden side of a form. Say for example, you're trying to see how much of the ear would be visible on the far side of an angled back turned head. You'd first place the closer ear onto the simple shape you have describing the head, then wrap a band around this shape starting at the base of the closer ear.

Before even getting into drawing people themselves though, I might recommend you trying to master being able to draw boxes and cylinders from any given perspective. Hope I helped somewhat.

Practice drawing individual parts using what giga said, staying simple.
draw a bazillion noses, or hands or eyes.
practice reaaly really does make better.
