Yeah, it really is a very hard style to pull off. I'm always impressed how you make such illustrative drawings with it. :)

Your work is the sort that I would gravitate to in a gallery show. And there isn't much that I can say that about. I like your use of colour and texture very much. I'm also so impressed with how you've achieved a sense of depth and distance with this image. The rather mysterious thing in the foreground keeps me coming back. I can't quite make out what it is, so that leaves my imagination free to play.
