Timers a bit off, take a half for toast and a phone call from mom. Lascaux is beginning to grow on me, although I admit I accidentally chose to use it, I just went with it, and I'm liking the results. Not too sure if I like the lineart, but I'm digging the shading...she's an elf, and she's extracting a memory or something from her head. Any suggestions on how to mek a glowing ball? Mebbe colors for her shirt/dress/thing? lol [/too long comment]

the lighting is beautiful! if you make the right side of her face a little darker, it will add some nice contrast. for the ball, maybe have a bright/intense core with a glow around it (make the opacity of the brush 30-50%). also, if the ball isn't white, it would be good to show the reflection of the color on the character. Browns/greens are very elfie colors. *am i gonna get docked a point for this comment? ^___^*
