I've not finished yet, but I'm not really happy with how it's turning out. I think no matter how much I make it look like the ref I'll still be disappointed with it. You can help me if you like, but I'd rather do a collab on something I like.

You need to 'burn' the sky! Set your brush on the largest setting and burn on the lowest opacity setting and hit that sky with it! Concentrate on the upper portion of the sky a bit more than the rest. Do the same with dodge over the clouds ever so slightly...see what that does...
populatis (May 3, 2010)
It reminds me of a west Texas sunset
lynnandcharlie (May 5, 2010)
this could be very beautiful, the sky is the problem, I would like to work on it, I don't think it would take to long
enjoydotcom (May 5, 2010)
Duplicate the layer (I believe you always work on a single layer) and play with the top layers settings, multipy or another.

TheCrimsonKing (May 6, 2010)
love those fine details on the horizon.
Flubbles (May 6, 2010)
I feel a tad better. I've not got the shits right now because I took some stuff to stop it running away with me, at one point I was pissing out of my ass. Infact I'm a little constipated now, I hardly ate for three days so tonight I cooked myself a big fuck off steak. Probobly not a great idea because my stomach feels a bit dodgy now.
elly (May 7, 2010)
I have pneumonia =( Hope you feel 100% well soon =)
Flubbles (May 7, 2010)
I'd be happy with 60%, I've not felt 100% since I was about 17.
Suntan (May 8, 2010)
gosh, that's horrible that you always feel bad. I hope the steak stayed with you. Is this painting a reflection on how you feel? heh..jk...I'm with CrimsonKing, my eye stays on the horizon. hope you're 60% by now. :)
