Yay more cherries! They are so yammy. Anyway, great progress here :) you know I really like chibi paint the best right now, it is somehow easier for me to draw crisp smooth lines with it. Unfortunately it lacks blur tool, but smudge/smoothing tool does it job for blending colors in nicely.

LifeGotColour (Apr 11, 2010)
yummy! it looks great!
firecracker (Apr 11, 2010)
These cherries make me think of all the homemade cherry pies that my Mom used to bake.....no one could bake a pie like my Mom!!! "lolz"!! :)
madscientist (Apr 11, 2010)
Lovely work! So bright and yummy looking! Good for arthritis too!:))
Flubbles (Apr 11, 2010)
Most people think their mums pies are the best. I'ts because it reminds us of our childhood, not because they were actually the best pies we have tasted.
enirroc (Apr 11, 2010)
I think my pies are the best, does that make me egotistical?
Bobstained (Apr 11, 2010)
It makes you deluded because my pies are easily the best.
enirroc (Apr 11, 2010)
I beg to differ, good sir.
Flubbles (Apr 11, 2010)
Your pies pale into insignificance compared to my pies.
enirroc (Apr 11, 2010)
No, it's the other way around. My pies are amazing.
Bobstained (Apr 11, 2010)
Just not as amazing as mine.
enirroc (Apr 11, 2010)
You're right, our pies aren't on the same level, so my pie is not as amazing as yours, for mine is far more amazing. Almost needs a new word to describe them.
Bobstained (Apr 11, 2010)
Scrumbelicious.
enirroc (Apr 11, 2010)
Hmmm, that may work, but I think I need a stronger and nicer sounding word.
backmagicwoman (Apr 11, 2010)
No, no no...my pies are definitely the best...they're FANTABULOUSLY delish!
firecracker (Apr 11, 2010)
My Mom's pies could "outdo" all of your pies.....she was the "best"!! Now I believe that she is in Heaven, baking pies for all the angels up there.......:)
backmagicwoman (Apr 11, 2010)
My granma taught me to bake pies..she was 96 when she died..I have been cooking since I was 8..so I think I make a pretty darn good pie...The secret for the crust is in the shortening.and that's all I will say.
firecracker (Apr 11, 2010)
I never made a homemade pie from "scratch" in my whole life......I used to watch my Mom make them, and it is way too much work for me.......I guess now when I eat pies....I just buy a "Mrs Smith's" frozen pie from the grocery store...."lol".
I bet your homemade pies are delicious "BMW".......:)
enirroc (Apr 11, 2010)
not to distract from the epic pie conversation, but those cherries look amazing.
Suntan (Apr 12, 2010)

BMW, I know EXACTLY what you're talking about!! ;) winky, winky ....
My fav pie is the kind you can throw in a face....and my pies are exquizitleeumptious, especially my apple/pumpkin pie, just to name one...=)
Nice cherry shine dude =) If I were looking at a super close up of just the two main cherries (no stems showing) I'd swear I was looking apples =p
vlad.the.hamster (Apr 12, 2010)
I don't like pies.
Teapot (Apr 12, 2010)
These cherries look like they've just been dropped in melted dark chocolate.

I dont know whether I'm happy with it or not. Think it still needs a few tweeks.
enirroc (Apr 14, 2010)
You're such a perfectionist.
firecracker (Apr 14, 2010)
Well, if these cherries didn't have stems.....they would look like miniature apples......:)
enirroc (Apr 14, 2010)
I think most cherries look like miniature apples.
firecracker (Apr 14, 2010)
I agree......but the skin on these two cherries look very 'applish" to me.......it's a great pic though.....I luv both cherry pie and apple pie.....so it doesn't matter to me if they are cherries or apples.....:)
leen-galeas (Apr 15, 2010)
