Looks very good, all those fitting pieces of color..is there a name for that? I love the minimalist feeling to this, if that's the right way to describe it. :)

I would agree , Flubbles. It might be described as Posterization. Photos can be manipulated this way in most photo programs. It's a method used in silk-screening also as a traditional painting technique.

I cant get the arch as precise as I want it, so this is as far as this goes. I honestly think that is was nicer before the arch.

Regardless, I have enjoyed how the portrait has gone. Might do something similar again soon.
