She looks French. Kinda... I tried to colour this, but it kinda looked demented, so I gave it up. *shrug* I sorta like the monochrome look...
It didn't really take me 18 hours to do this, I had to leave it up overnight.

She does look French, but her hat is not a beret. She's seem a lot more Frenchie if it was. Lovely so far!

She looks sexy, lol, and yes, french. It'd have been cooler if you colored it, but it looks really good just the way it is too.
