It might be your screen, probably too dark, but I see purple and green in the black. As if you erased it but not everywhere. I suggest erasing everything around the flower so you can be sure that everything is gone.
I also think this drawing would benefit from some crisp edging. Perhaps go around the edges with a slightly darker or lighter line (working of the light) on the edges. You rarely see fuzzy flowers (exept for the ones you can blow on and fuzz flows everywhere).
