oh I love the gnarly branches and the whole perspective as if you're standing right there!
the colors are perfect, the branches have a nice 'heavy' feel to them, too! good textures!
The light that comes between the branches is awesome...nice touch!

absolutely gorgeous elly! this is by far my fav of the two covers :D the clouds and house are awesome, and the lighting on the branches and the grass is so perfect! I don't think the shading is too dark, because that huge old tree would have to make lots of dark shade. :)

Aw, thanks y'all =) I'm rather keen on this draw, cuz of the tree branches, myself! Still don't know for sure which drawing the author has decided on but I'll letcha'know!! =)
