I started with this one. Can you remember your version? It was monochrome, so I didn't add more colors.
I've some tips:
First, make a focus point. You must make a point where the viewers eye will stop for a minute and that he realise there is more to explore. You can make a focus point with brighter colors/ more contrast, that's how it works with monochrome abstract. If you work with more colors you can make a focus point with complementary color (that's just one of many).
Second, try to make a whole of it. Not that there are tree different drawings in one drawing. With lines you can combine the different parts, mostly I draw lines that are going to the focus point.
Try to use different textures to give it more life, Dr Moony is an expert. Blurry parts for the background (usually, because it can work for the foreground too) so it has more depth.
Ow, and! If the thumbnail is good, the composition is most of the time also good. So when I begin to draw I make the canvas smaller with the - button and make a rough version of my drawing :)
It feels too much now. How do I make it finer and more elegant? feel free to critique everything and every line.
I was staring at it for almost half an hour. I also copied the previous layer. and thank you once more.
Wow! i love it! how did..?
I hate you!
edit- I revised. Didnt change much, mainly just stared:) If you plan on workin on the layer Ive done- notice it has a hole in it. If not, please put the layer your'e workin on at the top (of the other layers) this way there'll be animation and I could see how you work. :)

As you can see in the animation, I want to draw everywhere at the same time ;)
Title doesn't suit it anymore, I need to change it.
I don't know if its almost done, i'd be happy to see you work on this more.(you won't draw here otherwise)
Im only a watcher now. :)
You can mark it finished then. I'll revise it one more time :)
