My nephew knows a person who was born a "female".....but wasn't happy being a girl....so she has gone thru lots of surgery to make herself into a male. I think she has only one more surgery to go, and she will be a "complete" male. She doesn't look "hideous", like your draw though.....my nephew showed me some pics of her.....and she looks pretty good.....she looks like a male, and she is very happy, and her family supports her decision to become "male", and they love her very much. To "each his own"...I guess.....but I think people should be content to be whatever sex "God" gave them when they were born.
