Well Pakistan is pretty far from Greece..and the instructions are in Japanese, so the Indian service technician first has to figure out the Chinese instructions on his tools, then figure out what';s wrong..and figure out how to explain it to the russian csr so they can tell you why it's going to take another five years...have patience!!
