I couldn't think of a good "title" for this draw.....but you came up with the perfect "title'.."A Pirate Viking"......that's perfect.....thank you for the title...."LOL". I don't know why.....but this pirate sorta resembles one of my stepsons when he was younger.......That wasn't my plan....but it just turned out that way. He has dark hair, and he used to wear a beard like this pirate....."LOL"! Anyways..."Thanks" for commenting. :)

I want to thank you "all" very much for all of your nice comments.....I really do appreciate it. I'm glad you like the pic so far....I still want to add a couple of things. Yes "Gillie" I did use a "ref" pic. I don't have a creative enough mind to draw pics without using some kind of a "ref" pic to refer to. I usually try to make my draws
"my own" though.....I always try adding my own "touches" and changing things around my way. Some of you people have such amazing creativity, to be able to create such amazing draws without using any kind of "ref" pics. I wish I could do that. Maybe in time...with a lot of practice....I might be able to do that too. Anyways.....I'm so glad you all like the pic. Hi "blackmagicwoman"......yes....this pirate is definitely coming to "pillage and plunder" your "booty"! Thanks "Lori"......I wish I had a boat like this too. Back in the 70's I had a cute boat....but not as nice as this one. My first husband bought a cute inboard wooden boat.....it looked like a little tugboat.....and we lived on Lake Erie.....so we kept our boat at a local marina there. That's where I got my "love" for boats......I still have pictures of our little boat.....we named her "Lil Toot". Anyways....I'm glad you like this "pic". "Thanks"!! :)

Yeah, I lived in a town in Ohio (Sandusky), that was located right near Lake Erie.....that was back in 1970 and 1971. That's where we got our boat. Those were some fun times.....boating and fishing were some of my favorite things to do. Living that close to Lake Erie was awesome. I still have a picture that I took of our boat....if I can find it, I might try drawing it...."lol"! :)
