Sooo I decided I'd like to draw today. I always use Shi Painter Pro but for some reason, it's not loading for me at all. Lascaux loads fine and so does PaintBBS. Now I just spent about 5 hours on an oekaki in PaintBBS and I'm getting an error message: access denied (java.netSocketPermission 209.20.85.248:80 connect,resolve) Please push send again. I probably pushed two more times after that and I can't submit my drawing. =/

Mayt have something to do with the new server.. he put the whole place on a new one last week.. did you screenprint what you did? I know he can sometimes restore the work if you did.. hope so.. (marcello is he) lol.. (((beanie))

I got the same error. If at least there's a possibility of restoring it, I feel better.
But Shi Painter still won't load for me. It tells me waiting to initialize forever, and the bottom description bar says the applet is done, but nothing ever shows. Is that also a never server issue?

Thanks...My error message says exactly the same thing as what Mocha Bean wrote up top in Mozilla, if marcello doesn't see this, then I will PM. ..i'm just a sketcher and haven't lost anything special and in no hurry, as others may be. No sense in doing this twice, right?

I was worried this would happen on the new server. Unfortunately there is no simple fix, but I'll look into it when I get chance.

I'm having trouble with collab's on Lascaux. I was going to collab with gloria but it just keeps stating waiting for initialisation/loading, and no picture would pop up, and with Cam he says he's locked out, but I'm the one who can't revise.

sweet: tried clearing your java cache? you should cancel your revision if you want to let your partner try.

All three programs are working perfectly now (for me anyway). I finally got to see Painter open, and PaintBBS let me upload a test file. Thanks so much for fixing it! :)

But if you could find it in your heart to upload my oekaki, I'll be even happier. .__.

you're going to have to email/memo me the full size PNG screencap and make a new blank image (or if it's a revision, a new unchanged version on the same image) so I can upload it in.
