i was wondering if the 2draw administration could add new features to their softwares, and if that's possible i have an idea that im hoping you could consider. It would be really convenient if we could just scan our paper drawings and put it on lascaux sketch or shi-painter then color it in. That would make things much easier for non-tablet users.

one of the nice things about 2draw is there's no upload access, which means that if someone draws something you know they actually drew it. There are many other oekaki boards which allow you upload access or where mods will upload a paper drawing for you to colour, i would suggest using one of these boards if you really want to try this. And really, if you can't draw with your mouse, it's pretty unlikely you're going to be able to colour that much better. Lots of users here at 2draw use a mouse with no disasterous effects, myself included.

you have a point, thanks i'll try the other oekaki boards. oh and it's not that i find it hard to draw with a mouse, its actually quite easy, the only thing is on paper my drawings are much more detailed and just better looking and i love the tools in shi-painter their awsome, so i was just thinking of a way to combine the 2. :)
do you have any suggestions on where i could find another oekaki board? |

uhhh http://suta-raito.com/Oekaki.shtml are pretty friendly, the sketch one you don't need to try out for and an admin will upload a paper drawing for you if you ask and send them a link to it, resized to what you want, on photobucket or whatever. Otherwise just google 'oekaki boards', there are five billion of them out there.

under search, click memberlist. scroll down. there is a list of admins. click online. the box will come up with a list of who is online. find an online admin. click their name. a profile box will come up. click 'send mailbox message'. send them a note asking for them to upload your image. they may take a while to respond, no worries.

load the image with Paint and save it as jpg....you can also resize the image in Paint to reduce filesize even more.
