patienceisoverrated (Feb 17, 2007)
yours are some of my favourite paintings to look at, because everytime I see one there's something new I didn't notice before.
Fiesta (Feb 17, 2007)
I think that'd be my expression if my baloon looked like that. xD

You amaze me. o.o
And please keep amazing me. 8D

its like it means nothing or it can mean eveything
shults (Feb 4, 2007)
I love it.
it's like a poem. Im sure that poets/writers didnt mean half the things people ascribe them, from analyzing their creations.
People can come up with many weird reasons for why you chose to put this tiny, bent man in the back of a man, walking in water etc. I dont think it really matters.
obviously, there is no way i could guess what this piece is going to be by looking at your first version. This is why i love it.
hideyourface (Feb 8, 2007)
im not really down with the textures, but the atmosphere and mood it creates is awesome. I especially like the clouds over the buildings a lott.

Sweetcell (Jan 28, 2007)
Well thanks to Klox this time I really looked and finally understand this piece. (sometimes it's hard to understand some symbolism) I knew this would win. Congratulations Javier. Well deserved.

safescene: thanks:)
blueorange: thanks
patience: it´s really hard to explain, but in the big frame i can say its important to start again when you make mistakes...
Deino: lamentablemente asi es...pero siendo chileno era lo más probable, dicen que somos un pais de poetas........... a mi parecer somos un pais de surrealistas, de todas maneras se cierra un circulo y uno muy grande para Chile, gracias de nuevo.

pretty, pretty strokes. Love the yellow and his mouth; it looks dry. Everything seems as if it's dissolving in front of me.

I love the origami"!
Alter.Native (Jan 15, 2007)
This one was my favorite entry in this contest! (well, apart from mine of course..;)..) It's not only far more skillful than the original, but it goes to show that when you acquire more skills, you can take risks and chances to modify and apply your o w n artistic vision much more effectively.
