Forgive me if this is missplaced, i'm kind of a newbie to the whole scene. The Discriptions of the sections are rather vague. i see some in the begginer, that looks intermediate, an some in the intermediate that kinda.. well looks like it needs to be placed elsewhere. is there anything besides the time limits, and the vague discriptions that define these/the sections? or is it all run on somewhat of an honor system?
