At first this icy stared person was to be a female but I think it looks better as a young male. Any thoughts on gender?

females can make evil eyes better then males. but in your pic he has very evil sinister eyes (very creapy) but it fits i dont think you can make this pic with a female. very cool pic good call on making it a male and i would not change any thing. of corse now that i think about it it could be a short haired girl. a pic with 2 possible answers keep us thinking wing |

Just thinking about how some people can just blend into their backgrounds. Working at this angle was tough. My neck hurts. Can any one help by pointing out what looks out of proportion? I can't seem to tell anymore. |

Rey at looking up at the night sky. I spent so long trying to get this right but I feel the face is wrong somehow. Can't fgure out what exactly though.

I think it's cool that you're trying that. Outlines aren't necessarily bad, but it's good to be able to not need to use them if you don't want to.

It looks pretty good. The edges are a bit blurry, though. You might try blocking out solid colors with a completely opaque brush first, and then shading it, for your next attempt; it might make things a little easier than trying to sharpen it up afterwards.edit: fixed a typo
