I like the half tones and how your outlined her in white and how all the lines are so sharp. Nice work ^^
two-na (Jun 3, 2004)
what the heck, two comments? This is wicked! I wonder what would happen if you smoothed the lines out

Uhhh, yeah so if you're drawing a guy with long hair like that, I don't think you're intention is to portray the manliest of men in the first place. Well for me I am going to pretend that it is a female cause I'm really not hot for the feminine guys... no really.

I won't say much, but I really like the border you added in the last edit, it's a great way to enclose the piece as opposed to leaving it open as it was. This is also one of the only pieces that I've really wanted to go back and look at the progress of the piece, well done! It's also quite amazing how little time you spend on each part and yet getting so much out of it.
Paranoidkittie (Jun 18, 2004)
This is really pretty! i love the Bg and i love how the hair looks
Rosemary (Jul 3, 2021)

clock dem hoes! hehehe no don't clock dem hoes!~~~
this reminds me of oekaki-shi because it's all fuzzy and cool
ShadowKitten (Jun 2, 2004)
i think its cool how the clock is emphasized because the background is blurry
Kasha (edited Jun 2, 2004)
cool, where exactly is this at? I've seen one in Houston at Bank Of America in downtown. I used to see it all the time when I would wait for my mom to get out of the elevators. Except the one in the bank has this lil door in the base of it and I would always imagine a lil goblin makes the clock go tick tock. Nice work. :D
DeadlyBlondeArcher (Jun 2, 2004)
This one is in Houston in The Plaza. There is a door in the back of it and there is an oil refinery grease monkey monster that operates the clock. lol

Im having an exhibition of nude studies later in the year , but have no digital drawings- so just experimenting- the dots are because I couldnt work out how to get halftone on lascaux, posted as finished- but I might revise- Ive posted as 13+ although I doubt anyone would be bothered by this? BTW thanks davinci for the info!
davincipoppalag (Jun 1, 2004)
The halftone tools are on the left side of the display under the layer controls..there are two sliders..

inspired by a song I wrote a long time ago. warning: not for the faint of ear.

edit: BTW, all those typos are intentional. Though subtle, there is a difference between being an idiot and having a geeky sense of humor.
edit: just joking around in the animation, don't take it seriously

awesome, are those little pixel guys from the aqua teen hunger force? that cartoon is excellent and really strange in a good way
Zack (Jun 9, 2004)
a winner is you, misterjimsan! you are collect, the pixel guys are from the infamous Adult Swim cartoon.
btw, I might use the animation features to make a... well, animation, some time in the near future... should be amusing
Ty854 (edited Jul 24, 2004)
Mooninites! U should make them into a sprite.
JackSprat (Jul 25, 2004)
I love this one, Zack! Totally looks like a scene from one of those pulp sci-fi stories, but with a better robot!

two-na (edited Jun 1, 2004)
hey you used hard edges here, look at that
that's a good job, the affects of light

it would also make sense to put greeni n there with the yellow, too
davincipoppalag (Jun 2, 2004)
Yes cmb! That was the impression I got too. The Pop-Art look. I like this piece quintessence , the colors give it an interest it might not otherwise have. Well done.
