these applets sux compared to clipstudiopaint and photoshop though its hard to do certain things with out my favorite brushes and magic selection tool XD

I didnt go any where lol. Line art is rather sloppy with my xp pen ....got to be a setting somewhere. Gona be a while before I work on this again. I'm prety bussy. Wasted alot of time messing with some background ideas...Curently kind of obsessed with the new Trigun Stampede at the moment so I'll probly be drawing alot more Vash than anything else right now....sorry about that. Next ill work on the background but it may take me a while to get to it.

Because kleki doesn't have a lasso tool, you can duplicate/copy the layer and erase some parts of it (the part you don't want to resize) go back to the og layer (you should lower both of the opacity on the layers, so you could see it better) and erase the part you want to resize, then you should have two separate layers, one with the part you want to resize. you can go to <edit> and use any of those, transform is probably the best one to use. (hope this helps!)
