Yes...but an hour? There's a nice effect but I do not get why you can't just start of by filling it with the colour and then drawing the blue bit.
Don't think I'm saying this is bad or not good for the time but can you tell me why it is so time consuming?
It is very effective and nice anyhow.
Edit: I just realised why, you used most of that time doing another pic which you deleted (I have no idea why!?) and did this. Okay, now I get it, no need to explain. =D

I started drawing Beethoven because I was listening to him for relaxation. I then got too tired to complete it. I was inspired by Staci's piece, seen in showcase, her George Washington....
it turned out the way it did because of some weird things someone told me once... just open your heart.
