So I thought I did my favorite cartoon villian, I'll paint my favorite cartoon hero's as well. Well they're three out of many, but Mojo needs someone to fight. :)

anyways, this isn't supposed to anyone in particular. After browsing through images of Alice Nine, I got inspired to draw a random j-rocker.

i saw it severel times in s.King's book and in some other places. what's with the phrase?
is it an english proverb? what's the story behind it?
can anyone please enlighten me?
