Yeay Vash! It's interesting that you did blue for the eye, rather than the orange tint from his glasses, the white out line on the side..is that his ear or part of his glasses?true blue backghround

Oh this is cool. You might want to do something other than just black behind/above the flames so it doesn't look like your just filling up space with the black. OR you could keep the black to help define the flames and dragon. OR you could just do what you want to and ignore me. ^^ Nice job.

... i origenaly pland to just have a back black ground so u can see the dragon good but then it looked so plain 2 me , i left the black in the back so i can see aleast sum of the dragon .. and the blue flames .. it just popped out of my head, thnx for coments
