wow I thought I had lost this one, a glitch almost put this poor pooch into cyberspace...well I am finished at last after moments of not knowing whether the little guy was going to publish or not. Painted Face

they said,
demanding
I hide feelings,
and show the false me.
Put on that happy face.
Repress the sadness and hurt,

So I painted my lips big and bright,
for all to see the cheerful me;
