Desided to expirament a little and so I came here to the beginner board to get some xtra practice, ended up with this, and I really like how it turned out, I dont think anyone will have any problems with the image but just to be sure I put it under 13+ cuz the blood, I really dont know what game me the idea for this pic but im glad i desided to expirament cuz i really like this one! C&C ne one?

i didnt say it was bad to use references and how is not useful to draw without references . well anyway i just would like to see her draw some pics without usign any references.

I was just about to say the same thing. I ussually don't use reference pics either. I was saying they are good to do sometimes. I only really use them to practice up on my styles.

A random girl with a glaive...my choice of weapon...anyways i was workin gon the same drawing before...but right when i was going to send it my com froze *sigh* anyways i just re did it from memory...the feet are very bad the ones on my first drawing were way better but anyways im rather happy with this one

Hey look a glaive! I like those, but never got the hang of em, more in the area of Warhammers and Battleaxes. Claymoors are good als, but really only if the other 2 aren't around. Just keep practicing, I see talent there. very good.:}

There's a little bit of halo between the lineart and the background, most evident around her jaw and left arm. Also, the dark side of the cavern seems a bit haphazard. The combination of styles looks great though, just like a still from an actual animated film. This is excellent even without the consideration that it's your first major attempt at lineart.

lol @ sincity... that song... barf! This is so cool, it reminds me of a children's book illustrator's style, but I can't think of who it is. Don't worry, I will not eat the people. Just the small animals that sincity beats to death. ;)
