I am more and more unsatisfied with this website and the users on here... a young girl was banned just because she was tying to draw and figure out this website and how it works! how awful! that girl couldn't have been older than 12 and she was banned because of the poor attitude of the users on here who think they are so great! I am so mad I think I will go on RMD and stop using 2draw, because at least there are respectable people there!

So the message you are sending to me by replying like that (instead of just the girl I asked for, which you did, followed by a number of other drawings, all of which I can provide photos of I found), is that once a drawing has been done by someone using a reference pic found on an image search, it cannot be done ever again by anyone else? No matter how many times? What nerve have I hit with you that has you aimed at trying to save the internet from my few and crappy drawings? Do they really make that much of an impact to you?

I'm surprised someone is paying so much attention to my drawings actually, so thanks for that.

But I'm not sorry for doing something I enjoy, which is drawing what I feel like, and if you can't deal with that, then don't reply to any of my drawings ever again unless it is something positive or constructive.

Aw :) See but you're being unfair. I did suggest us dropping this when I said "nevermind". The way I see it it's a he said she said situation in which there are no winners and there's basically no solution to it other than agreeing to disagree. But then you had to insinuate I mean spiritedly tried to publicly dishonor you or something to that extent by not having a more private discussion beforehand. I beg to differ, see the way I remember it is I did bring this to your attention before and you replied "Flubbles and Axil62 are a real inspiration to me. Generally when I view their drawings I like the photo they would of used so I go on google image search and search for the photo, doing my own version of it" which I didn't buy but let slide. Going back to current matters, me linking examples of what I thought were evidence of me not making this up was merely brought on by you linking examples to argue your side of the story. You tell yours I tell mine and we each bring arguments to back up our telling otherwise we can just go on and make up all kinds of jiberish that has nothing to do with reality whatsoever. I'm not "out to get you" :) I was just reacting to your reaction but I doubt you'll ever admit to anything so things will just get increasingly aggravating and I think this has been dragged on long enough. Unless you reply with something that will force me to reply back and so on and so forth. But I think it is best to drop it and so I will try very hard to ignore any future impulse to write something back. Happy drawing :D
Black_Bird (Aug 5, 2011)
I did write that actually so I am not sure what it is you think I am not admitting to? Your reply didn't suggest you didn't buy it. In fact I have posted the photo references for a few of them in the links above, so I am not sure what else you are after as proof. Everything I have written above makes perfect sense and I haven't just replied out of opinion. You have made a claim to me copying others works directly, when in fact I have been able to show I go off the original work.

I'd hate to see what you'd be like in a life drawing class. Would you tell the other people drawing a nude person in the same room as you to not do so because you are drawing them?

That would be great if you could leave me alone and find something better to do with your time, because unlike your 'suggestion' I flat out told you, "I'm not sorry for doing something I enjoy, which is drawing what I feel like, and if you can't deal with that, then don't reply to any of my drawings ever again unless it is something positive or constructive." so by all means, ladies first.

Nah, you had a point there.. It's more accurate, but less free and calming.

Oh, and one more thing, if you wish to avoid the white lines, don't use the fill tool.
If you like them for whatever reason, then I'd recommend you not to use the fill tool and manually create the white lines.

Thanks for the great Advice Shults

I think this one deserves showcase. Who says you have to spend many hours for it to be showcase?
Artiste (Jul 28, 2011)
your brushstrokes with the digital brush are very "digital" looking... I often find myself thinking, when I look at your paintings, that if they were actual paint strokes that your paintings would really be quite brilliant. Something about the roundness of the brushstrokes seems like a waste... like the viewer is cheated out of seeing the 'hand' in the work. This could almost be like a debate about digital vs. real painting. I strive when, I paint here, to constantly make those round, digital strokes not look so like they are done with a computer, as if I'm trying to pass my paintings on here as canvas paintings. You dont bother with that and just let yourself be free... hmmm.
Axil62 (Jul 28, 2011)
This is digital, we don't need to pretend it's not. It's free and forgiving and the only thing you need to live up to is in your head.
Suntan (Jul 29, 2011)
..and I believe that if you sat down with a canvas it would come out just as beautiful. Different, because it's real paint, but just as beautiful.

My 2nd attempt at doing a "Kiss" draw......I'm not quite finished with this....I'm having trouble with his hand....I hate doing hands, but I'm trying. I'm not really a "Kiss" fan, but I like the way they look with their painted faces.....that's why I decided to do a "Kiss" draw. I'm posting this as "finished"......I can always work on it more later....:)

Hi "paintbrush"......thanks for the nice comment......I'm glad you like this pic.....I kinda like it too. I still don't feel like an artist yet.....I have a lot to learn, to improve my draws. I'm still an "artist wanna be"...."lol". I can do good on some pics, and I have problems with other pics.......this one turned out ok though. Thanks again for commenting.....I appreciate it. :)

I just heard this rumour on the web,and they said "the dept. of homeland security carried it out. "uh..aren't they supposed to save and protect us from TERRORISTS? ok, just thought it was odd.

Yeah, when the banks steal our money, the mortgage companies, the financial companies, rigged Wall St., the govt. steals all the money out of Soc. sec. lock-box,and medicare, that's not stealing, that's "high finance." That is LEGAL THEFT. I'm not dumb, guys, I know what the difference is; it's like the poor guy,who gets arrested for having dope, and the rich guy with dope, who never gets arrested for it. When you OWN THE COUNTRY, how can you steal from the citizens? Heck, they don't own anything anyway! So when they have these stupid little movie pirates, of course they're not going to get away with it; they're in the class of "illegal theft",and they have no power.

I have the same problem trying to explain to my middle-class, law-abiding, sister, that theft goes on at great heights in the US,and those guys never get caught. That's why I just see this whole "illegal theft" and "LEGAL THEFT" by different economic-power classes as rediculous. It's hysterically funny that those huge entertainment and Disney companies align themselves with the fed. govt, and use the atom bomb to squash a FLY. HAH HAH HAH, HAH, haaaaaa!! It's so darn PATHETIC!! Those huge massive powerful companies, world wide, and those monster govts., are threatened by a small bunch of stupid, puny little MOVIE PIRATES!! --So they send the Gestapo with a huge fly swatter!

The really horrible thing is, our whole country has been given away, America, and we citizens no longer own any of it. We don;t even own our homes, our land, the money in our bank accts, cause we're so burdened with debt. Every day I hear working people muttering to each other, wondering when China is going to come over, and claim our country for debts, and just seize it. Ha HA HAA, HAH, HAH!!! Movie pirates? We don';t even own our own nation; We are bound over to foreign countries, for debts. we cannot pay.

well apparently a lot of the revenue from pirated videos and designer goods is channelled to terrorists..
shults (Jun 26, 2011)
It was always a felony to use others' intangible assets. There's even a name for it, stealing.
On another note- well.. it's still just a rumor.. you can still watch movies online for free.. :)
Purplemartin (Jul 18, 2011)
Yeah they do nothing about all the VIRUS makers who CAUSE FAR MORE DAMAGE AND MONEY TO US ALL!
