Very beautiful. I think I know the difference between me and many of the other painters here, now.For example, this is very smooth,finished,and slick.It' very professional. Good job. I do not tend to like going all the way to smooth,finished,and photo-like. I like the paint(figuratively) to look and feel like paint.I even like it similar to paint, messy and gooey. And there seems to be a tendency here, to like everything very smooth,slick,and finished. Guess I am out of the groove. I just like allowing for different styles,and different veiwpoints of what painting and drawing is.

Simply lovely to look at. Clean, elegant, sensual. The choice of monotone allows you to effortlessly concentrate on the subject without having to subconciously process too much visual information. The detail in the hair sets it all off. Full range of light to dark executed well, would like to have seen a couple more of the darker tones in places.... no, on second thougt, that might take away from it. Really very nice.

Wow, that's really cool, sincity! I like how you did the shading and the really thin lines for the background and the skin to make that creepy effect. I've never seen this movie but I'm not looking forward to it, since the Ring is bad enough for me lol and I'm really a chicken for horror movies. lmao |
