The hair came out quite demented. Well...that's why it's practice XDAnd 13+ because a bit of nudity at the bottom...You can't really see it because of the hair but just in case.

I think you did a great job on the hair here, but the face looks slightly distorted. Excelent color choice!

I don't think the face looks distorted, but it does look like she has a mile long neck, lol. I agree on the colors and the hair though, it looks like she's underwater. |

If you put more time and effort into your art, I'm sure that it would definitely fit into the intermediate boards.The head is great, maybe the body fur could use some more definition?
