Now it's smooth and exuberant, and still happy! Not "another sunny day" today, It rained a little bit, but I'm just thankful it wasn't a lot. Somebody needs to close the sky and pull the plug on the lake here... * glub, glub* :)I love this painting.

Ah... I was hoping to see this finished! Both your revisions already captured the emotion so well. I love how you left the shading grainy, like an old photograph. It looks great! There are a couple of spots that seem rougher than the rest around the bottom and edges of her nose. Other than that, it's a very lovely picture. Kudos. =) |

Hell, even I'm scared of using the intermediate boards. Also, please don't become extremely defense when recieving criticism :3 we're only trying to help you improve.

well i am done wiv that, pffft, anyway, i wanted to take a challenge and draw a whole women instead of only her face.i must admit this is not smoothed out enough and it kinda scraps it but it doesnt matter, like it or not it was just about learning

I think you did a good job capturing the waxy look tulips have, it's near realistic, some more highlights and shadows would kick it up but as an artistic piece, if this was framed with a black matte I would hang it on my wall.
