how about the lifestream against a.... dark dark blue (nearly black) background? (because there's an awful lot of black going on already (i think everyone's costumes in the movie had SOME black in them, didn't they?))

hi! i'm back with some new collab ideas! whoever wants to draw Xigbar(Braig) for my Demykins(Myde)! i was basically suggesting Hagaren to help, but anyone as long as they ask NICELY ina MEMO! anywho, i'm breaking myself back into my 2draw habit skillz, so be nice when my coloring isn't like it used to be(points out Hagaren's Sakura pic). |

Well unless you told me I wouldn't have known that was a sword, and I still don't know what that bg is. The composition is off, and the coloring makes it all blend into one. If that's the bg then fade it out, or at least make the sword stand out more by adding shadows and highlights. And whatever those scribbly things are in the bg, I suggest you go back and work on them someore, because as it is I see.... scrbblies. Ad work on your lineart.
