So here I was, in the middle of the night, just wandering the halls and through the galleries in Celloland, and I stumbled upon this wonderfully executed piece of art. Everything about it is wonderful, I love it.

Big huge giant tree! I'll be using this on the new version of my website I'm working on now. There'll be a whole backstory and everything, plus various characters.

Wow, this is amazing. I really adore the perfectly tiered sky, so pretty are the clouds. I also love the feel of the waterfall. Great concept!
darthfurby (Nov 14, 2006)
Great choices in the color palette, the purply blue shadows work especially well on the trunk. But perhaps more importantly, you have made a positive civil rights statement for birds everywhere. Not only do they deserve better living conditions, birds understand that building condos instead of nests yields higher profits in a competitive real estate market.
Tsukiko (Nov 19, 2006)
gorgeous... wonderful coloring, i love that tree and the clouds *_*
nyao (Jan 27, 2007)

The use of purple/blue makes it seem magical~

I think you made his face more feminine is what Im saying.

Why should it even matter if she made him more feminine? It's how she sees him and draws him, it's her opinion, not yours. I don't see your signature on this picture.

:3 I saw this and my heart skipped a beat. You draw so well Stasiuk, I fall to my knees in respect. <3
Sweetcell (edited Nov 13, 2006)
Cool is all I say. Long bangs or not, girlie or not, it's the art that attracts and yours is great. It's those highlights, great great great. (yes sometimes I can't help repeating myself.)
cianteed2 (Nov 13, 2006)
I dont think I need to defend the girly-ness of my art, I am a girl after all. :D

This TOTALLY cracked me up... it's so cute. I adore the moon, but every full moon is trouble. This one looks like he got conked in the head by a couple of comets and he stared directly into the sun for too long or something. This would make a great children's book character.
emmamommalag (Nov 12, 2006)
Hahaha! Glad you all like it. :D

aww.. funny face, love it.. and the song too

Can she obliterate his heart? Can she shatter his dreams? Yes, she most certainly can. Crawling..he begged, desperate..he pleaded, only to fall deeper into the void, slowly suffocating in his misery. With a lifeless thud, he hits bottom, there he is left mangled and pitted. With each passing hour, he grows hollow, cold and broken. He shudders at the idea of soldiering on, he is scarred for life, forever longing that which he cannot have. The road ahead is most torturous and bleak. His spirit is numbed to the core, he is discouraged to no end. A piece of his being is forever taunted and starved by her memory. Drained is his life, crippled is his soul, spent is his resolve, today -forever- ended. A heartbreak so tragic it echos across time, leaving a diseased and jaded shell of a man in it's wake.

The text in the description has as powerful an impact as the painting. If I knew how to get the colors and textures you have on the wall to work for real I'd paint a room in my house like that. (minus the blood, of course :)
TaCO (Nov 10, 2006)
I hate when that happens.

I keep mine in my head, but it hurts my brain.
Miss_DJ (Nov 10, 2006)
keep creating through the pain. it will go away. although it hurts a little bit more than having your heart torn out and thrust at a wall. Been there, felt like shit. I feel better now...you will too. :o)
sincity (Nov 10, 2006)
Wow, great stuff you been pumping out. sorry to hear about you pain, but the painting seems to help, @ least a little. :}
