Jeez..how you can see a face before you make it this way boggles my mind.. I always find this technique fascinating..It seems so simple..but it makes such an effective image..damn..

I use a reference of a b&w photo and just draw the highlights, that's all

Well see. ...that's the part that amazes me.. that you can make such a face with just the black and white shadows and highlights...I dont see them so clearly when I look at a photo.. |

Very cute! I love the freckles. Always wanted those, I'm not sure if anybody will know this, but I loved the scene in the book of Pippi Longstocking where a sign in a shop-window says: "do you want to get rid of your freckles? Buy this creme", she goes into the store and says :"No". Well I thought it was funny :D |
