I was...experimenting...but liked the hair enough to submit this XD ...I admit, the eyes are creepy...but even the fill tool and going to the first layer didn't help (as I was on..the 0th (?) layer XP) So, um...yeah...it's kinda spastic-looking ^^

He certainly is cute! Love the one-piece jammies.
Only neg. crit I have, if any, is that it could have done with a less colorful background, but that is just my own personal opinion. To me, the little fellow is well drawn enough to get away with a simpler background.
Your linework and shading is real clean and nice.
