very nice pic niece, I see a shovel and a chest and an X where the chest is to be buried I know that the pirates are planing on burring this chest because where the X is there is no hole, no pirates But when they return from the porta potty or McDonalds maybe you can show them digging a hole to bury their treasure or! maybe uncle Bill is wrong and they just wanted to get out of the rain. whatever this is still a good pic.

I think it's an excellent drawing, as always.. just makes me sad 'cause you just can't even go in the woods around here unless you want potential Lyme disease, and I don't mean just from deer, they'll jump out of a tree or whatever... I went in the woods totally protected head to toe recently, as you saw in my photo... I don't want to have to avoid it 'cause it's just so peaceful. Winter, you'd think the ticks are gone, but they're not. Keep drawing your deer, dear :) I love them. I don't like to see them with holes in them though :( I'd hate to think of such a beautiful animal becoming extinct.

Well..if you cover up good with light clothing you can see them before they can cause you any trouble. It does suck though..every time I want to shoot photos in the salt marsh I have to make sure I tuck my pantslegs into long white socks and spray repellant around my ankles and calves and then I have to check really closely before I get back in the car.. theyre all over the place out there.

I know it huh? And why do you think I'm half deaf again, like I was when I was a child? 'Cause my grandmother died, and I couldn't relax easily.. so I took a bath and dunked my head under water and bam... haven't been able to hear right since. Same thing happened as a child, with water, but not in all the years in between. And it's a blessing in disguise! I don't WANT to hear as much BS as I'm used to hearing anyway!

Well, this pic was about a moment after it swerved away when it was coming for a head-on collision. They aren't vicious unless you get inbetween them and the water when they are on land (well, our guide never said they did bite :P).
