Black_Bird (Nov 8, 2011)
Disturbing and very cool.
Teapot (Nov 10, 2011)
So disturbing, eh? First thing that came to my mind was 'cremation of a murdered girl'. I've been watching too many cop dramas.
itchymonkey (Nov 13, 2011)

Wow whatever it is, it looks awesome!
Black_Bird (Oct 21, 2011)
I see in the upper left corner a head arched back with the neck extended, followed with the shoulders on either side and torso. It looks like it is decaying. Nice work.

Teapot (edited Aug 21, 2011)

itchymonkey (Aug 21, 2011)

pressure sensitive pen to start with then duplicate your layer, set ' layer blend mode' to 'multiply', move it about, repeat this, try 'difference' mode, shake it all about and bob may be some how related to you, if your lucky

well, maybe it is..a manly hand, just poised there for a second. Fine work, itchy. :)
Teapot (Jun 9, 2011)
...and maybe it's a guy with a really round ass. Personally, I don't think the hand looks masculine. The deep creases make it look like an older person's hand while the bum looks pretty plump, fresh n' dewy.

this is cool, itchy! It reminds me of this program I saw where you absolutely were positive you were just looking at a some algae rock when the octopus on it suddenly darts off of it and away. Watch it in reverse directly after that..it's pretty cool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PmDTtkZlMwM
Flubbles (Jun 3, 2011)
The thumb doesn't do it justice.
itchymonkey (Jun 5, 2011)
thanks axil62 i like it too
it reminds me of 'the fall' by grunewald
its a sort of could be but not quite, a nucleus of an idea not formed
or a cool octopus

from a picture of chinese artist ai wei wei with his artwork, a room full of one hundred million porcelain sunflower seeds.

some context..from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ai_Weiwei In October 2010, Sunflower Seeds was installed at the Tate Modern Turbine Hall, London. The work consists of one hundred million porcelain "seeds," each individually hand-painted in the town of Jingdezhen by 1,600 Chinese artisans, and scattered over a large area of the exhibition hall.[33] The artist was keen for visitors to walk across and roll in the work to experience and contemplate the essence of his comment on mass consumption, Chinese industry, famine and collective work. However, on 16 October, Tate Modern stopped people from walking on the exhibit due to health liability concerns over the porcelain dust.[34] In February 2011, a 220-pound (100 kg) pile from Sunflower Seeds sold for $559,394 (well above its high estimate of $195,000) at Sotheby's in London.[35]
He is currently under arrest by chinese authorities for alleged 'tax evasion' .
davincipoppalag (May 21, 2011)
He's in Beijing... Everything is China :0)
dorothyblueeyes (May 22, 2011)
so, some reason this fabulous piece of reality is not in showcase? everything else detailed, and fantastically tightly rendered and licked,is in showcase. Besides, it's great.
karl (May 25, 2011)
Great work, its a shame the chinese government took him in
