Its a cello. I tried doing some van gogh painting style thing. Didn't work out too well. Suggestions would be helpful.

cellos are thinnn in the middle. Its just sicne you cant see the bottom or top it makes the whole thing look thin.. And uh yeah. I like the way the colour turned out.

I can spot several faults to this, although it is a pretty good attempt.
1.) Line tool and beizer zre no-nos.
2.) like marcello told me when I first drew a DBz picture, Try looking at a referance.
3.) Take your time while coloring!! I still see some white spots from just deciding to use fill on everything and not bother anymore.
Edit: This does not belong on the intermidiate board either. I suggest you take it off before it's deleted.
4.) Shading. If you use it, your pictures will never suck. Most of the time anyway.
overall, this is and O.K. DBZ pic, but take what I said and what other people say to make this much better.

Not to be bitchy, but.. "Users should expect to spend at least half an hour on each entry on this board." you should just practice on the shape of the head and the way in which the hair is supposed to be drawn. Practice on the beginner board and maybe use the pen tool instead of pencil. Oh, and the muscles.. yeah.. practice!

It is done, fool. It's just if I leave something unfinished, its very unlikely I go back to finish it. So, something with this little of detail, taking so long- I just coloured it quickly and finished.

I like this one better, It has a much better feel to It.
But I still say It needs shoes hanging on the power line.

I'll just name a couple of things. The wall should probably be a dark red since its away from the sun. The ground should be lined up with the wall, so it looks flat. Anddd if you use the dodge tool on the dun, without the rays of light, you could probably make it look more realistic.
