This is very cool looking. I love how it looks like little specks of metal. It reminds me of those platforms that have all those little metal pcs on them and you can form different shapes and things with them. Very nice.

Thank you, you great artists!! Monsieur Poppalag, part of it is done using the scatter tool, but it's what you do before you use the tool that creates this effect.

It is indeed a cool bug. My parents used to own a green bug loooong time ago. We played a similar game, instead of slug bug it was mini-cooper pinch.
