oh this is beautiful!! the poem is great too, i actually sang a song with those words for as a solo a few years ago, my first thought when i saw this was that you had heard the song, it adds another level of meaning to the words as only music can. but this is an absolutely gorgeous painting and i hope you do more landscapes soon :)

This was a bit of a challenge, I used one layer, only the pen tool, no pen pressure, and no reference. All things considered I'm very happy with the end results. If the moderators do not believe this to be of Intermediate Skill, I implore you to move this down to beginners before a problem starts.
