Try crawfish dip. If you dont know what that is go to Cane's, they make it, but they call it cane's sauce.If u dont know what cane's is then just mix ketchup and mayo till u like the taste then some people add a little mustard or ranch dressing i dont, then add seasoning and u have ur own Cajun Crawfish dip. This is made by all Cajuns. I would school u on other Awesome Cajun foods, but i dont feel like typing out how to make rue or gumbo, cracker gumbo, or Jumbalyia.

Mixing ketchup and mayo together doesn't sound very appetizing.....and I don't like mustard at all. No offense.....but I don't think I would like "cajun" food. "BMW"......your food just looks very greasy, that's all. I don't eat sausage at all. "lol"!! :)

It's ok...there was actually no grease o0r butter in it at all..and I only eat chicken or turkey sausage...rarely if ever will I cook beef sausage...Cause I think I told you about the problem I have and I can't eat a lot of things....about the only thing Iever use grease for is frying chicken..it's my one weakness....

My sister has five children of mexican and white mixed and three of them look like they are white and the other two look like they are mexican..and my other sister has four children who are mixed with white and black and they look more black than white......personally I believe we are all mixed with something down the line..so it' really doesn't matter...

I think Color has nothing to do with anything that should be political and it is a shame to me that people judge-another-by-color/race, refering to any persons charactorist as a person with or without a demener.
