Well.....I tried my best to make this guy resemble Jim Morrison, of "The Doors". I did use a "ref" picture from an old record album. It's hard for me to get used to using the tools in lascaux. I went a little "crazy" using the "halftones"...."LOL"!! I hope I didn't make it too "glitzy"....but he is a "rock star".....and they sometimes get "glitzy". |

Just a "mystical" draw.....I love wolves. A long time ago, I did a draw similar to this at sketchfu.....so I wanted to re-do it here. I like this one better.

Indian Totem Poles.....they are the guardian spirits of the "Sacred Indian Burial Grounds".......I had fun doing this draw!! "LOL"!! :)

Standing on "Eagle Rock...."Black Elk" says a prayer to the "Great Spirit"....."All the wings of the air shall come to you, and they and the winds and the stars shall be like relatives". I know this draw doesn't qualify for the advanced board, but I needed a bigger space for this picture. If it needs to be moved.....that's ok. :)

Thank you very much "hladrillo", for your nice comment.....I really do appreciate it. I guess my source of interest for this picture was because it is "Native American". I've always been interested in Native American culture and history, and I love drawing pictures of anything that is "Native American. I started out using a "Ref" picture.....but I made some changes to this draw, and made it my own. It doesn't look anything like the "ref" picture. Thanks again for your nice comment....I'm glad you like the picture. :)

Yes.....That was definitely a fantastic game....the last 3 minutes were awesome!!! The Steelers made NFL history....the first team ever to have 6 Super Bowl wins!!!! I love this team!!!!! :)

that was a boring game until the fourth quarter. I almost quit watching but glad I didn't because it ended up being pretty darn good. But Fire...you need to return our coach to my Vikings now. You have had him for two years, give him back!!!! We need a new coach and a new quarterback....that one of yours isn't too bad either, he might due.

Thank you all very much for your nice comments.....I really do appreciate it. This picture is kinda strange.....I just put a few splotches of deep red color and the gold color on the board......and then I got the "smudge" tool, and started smudging all the splotches of colors, and I ended up with this. Once I started "smudging" I couldn't stop!! "LOL"!! I love seeing all the weird shapes you can make by simply "smudging" the colors....it's fun. I do like the coppery looking color......I got that by smudging the red and gold colors into the black background. I'll probably be playin' with the smudge tool some more....even if I don't post what I do....I'll have fun making weird shapes, etc. Thanks again for all of your comments....I appreciate it. :)

I also remember seeing you at sketchfu too. You have amazing talent. "DaVinci".....I clicked on the link you posted here.....and I looked at all of your draws at youdraw, and they are all very good. I especially liked the one of the lighthouse, and also the sailing ship, and I liked that "sandpiper" bird. I see you drew most of your pictures in 2004.....I didn't discover youdraw until 2005. You really have a lot af talent "DaVinci".....I'm wondering why you don't post more draws at 2Draw. The ones that I have seen you do, are really very good. You should do more. :)
