this is a design that's painted on the glass I'm drinking from... there are only two colors, I filled the canvas with the green, and I am erasing the rest of the picture out of the green... I'm not sure what the whole design means, but I find it very beautiful...

Very nice picture. We used to have some glasses like that. Sorry about that awful mess in your laundry room. ((((Lori))) My mother-in-law once came home to find her laundry room and kitchen flooded .. the fill hose had come loose or something and she always warned me to turn off the valves when my machine was not in use. Never took her advice.. hope I never regret it. lol

It looks very nice Lori... I like the ancient greek statues, especially the naked ones! >;D
That was very unfortunate with the flooding... I hope everything gets fixed... >:)

slept in late and missed this, like all the millions of other great stuff I miss on this site. Very nice, Ilike this. I also like greek and roman stuff. And of course the writings are great to.

Was riding back today and there was this awesome sunset that I completely failed to capture. And damn the canvas still wasn't wide enough... plus I completely forgot the colors and composition by the time I got on lascaux.

I don't even know how many times I've come back over and over again to look at this since coming to 2Draw. I've been to Santa Fe a few times, and every time I just loooved this scene. It's absolutely beautiful. You really captured the beauty and luminosity of it very well. This is one of my favorites, since I've actually seen this myself.
