I was in the car, when this balloon flew overhead, and I managed to get an awesome shot against a pretty much perfect blue sky. I'm using the actual shot for an album cover, but thought I'd give just the balloon a shot...

When we lived in Ottawa our house was in the take off path of a hot air balloon company. They were constantly flying right over our rooftop...you could hear the roar of the burners. It was so cool. This is lovely. Your colours really give the sense of sunlight glowing through the fabrics.

I like this, the only thing that bugs me at all is the teeth, they seem a little out of line with the picture. But you did a great job nonetheless. I like the painted feel.

Cheers guys... I can't find a direct link to the ref but it's a dog with the side of its face pressed to the ground. Plus, I can't stress enough how inspiring some of these tumblr blogs are... if you are ever in need of something new to draw...
