thank you, it didn't delete after all. Yes, if I had my old hands and fingers and wrists left, like in my youth, I could probably murder this board. As it is, when you get old and everything breaks down, you have to do what you can. Thanks anyhow, I appreciate the comments. :) |

let's see how much time I have to work on the detailsmoonbot#0 uses: - rubberglove - 2 bike lights - 2 monitor boxes - old sled - running shoes - saw, knife, plate, scissors - laptop - random woodpieces and cables - coins - SLR camera ...blah blah it functions as a collector and explorer...helping me survive in the remains of a civilization destroyed by an unprecedented nuclear blast ...I would SO die D:

Ah, nice. I love Elvgren. I think it's fun now and then to try to mimic a style. And you did a good job with that.

Hey, did you name it recently?I have a book on Elvgren, its on display in my bookcase. One of my prized possessions. @Dot, I have been looking into art classes, none that tickled my fancy a lot. @Shell, not so much as a problem with drawing from drawings, I've done quite a few, it'd just be so nice to use real people and see how much I could improve (or the opposite)

I think that it could be better if I used a bigger canvas, but there's a certain commitment that a bigger canvas requires.. and all I wanted a nightly doodle, while bb Israel and house were in the bg..

You did this in only a few minutes?I know who it is, too. Nice job.You are good at portraits, purple martin, keep up the good work.(how ya doin'? the holidays killed me,I'm very impressed with yer work,I wish you could do more.Really!!)God,your portraits are good.You did transfer successfully over from oils, acrylics, to computer art. I hope you feel better,it helps me to ignore feeling bad,even physical stuff. Doing art,that is. I hope it helps you too,yer very talented. :) Honest!! This stood out to me, even surrounded by all the other amazing entries in the showcase...but then again.. I seem to be always drawn to things of a somewhat 'darker' nature. I love the imagery here. Did you ever see the movie 'May'? Kind of a cheesy flick, but the girl in the movie is lonely, and she creates a 'friend' for herself out of the body parts of people she kills. She even uses a few of her own! Sincity is quite accomplished and your work is always inspiring Solve, on both of the Oekaki boards that I've encountered it on.....
